Decide on quantity
of food
Undeniably,
the most important part of the BBQ Party is the food. Estimate how many people
are coming, and ensure that you have enough food and beverage for everyone; you
do not want people to fight for the last hotdog to happen. If you are budget
conscious, then you can make it a potluck BBQ party, where the guests can bring
in the raw and cooked food.
If you do decide to organize a
potluck, make it a point to know what everyone will bring, or be proactive and
ask the guests whether they are bringing their side dishes, drinks, dessert,
salad, local and exotic foods. Also, it is easier to designate one person to
handle meat and other to handle condiments.

choice), Muslim (Halal foods only), Hindu (No Beef) and anyone with other
dietary restrictions (Religions and Allergies related, substitute food as
appropriate).
3. Always have sufficient ice available.
When needed, it is easier to buy bags of ice at your local convenience store.

ReplyDeleteWow, this barbecue party checklist is fantastic. It would help me thoroughly for an easy and tidy party planning for my husband’s upcoming birthday celebrations. I would love to book one of the garden is inspired Los Angeles event venues and hoping that it would be a blasting evening.
