How to book BBQ Pit

East Coast Park, West Coast Park, Changi and Pasir Ris Park are by far the most popular parks to hold BBQ events for family, company and friend meet-up events. BBQ enthusiasts have access to washrooms, water sports, bicycle and roller skating tracks. All activities are just within short walking distance from BBQ pit sites.

3 ways to book BBQ pits in Singapore

1. AXS STATION

To find your nearest AXS station online, click here

At the Home Page, Tap on “Government” and “National Parks Board” tabs to begin.

After reading the rules and regulations, press “Continue” to proceed with your booking.

Step 1 – Input your preferred date & select park location.
Step 2 – Select barbeque pit area (alphabets)
Step 3 – Select barbeque pit location no.
Step 4 – Input your contact information. (Name, NIRC, Mobile No.… etc.)
Step 5 – Check your details and select “NETS” payment mode.

Gentle reminder: Print out the receipt, for verification purposes in case park rangers

2. PHONE BOOKING

Call 6560 2727 to book your barbeque pit through the phone-booking system (operating hours: 8 am-10 pm daily). Inform the Customer Service Officer the park of your choice and the BBQ pit number that you wish to book.

Make your payment at any AXS Station within 24 hours of your phone booking.

Making payment at the AXS Station

Step 1 – Tap on “Government” and “National Parks Board” Tabs to begin.
Step 2 – Tap “Internet/Phone Booking Payment” Tabs.
Step 3 – Enter NRIC that was used to make phone booking.

Gentle reminder: Print out the receipt and keep it for verification purposes with the park rangers.

Do place reservations at least 3 days in advance before the actual event date to avoid disappointment.

3. INTERNET BOOKING

Log on to: https://e-station.axs.com.sg/NParks/Internet_Payment/

Click “START” to begin your booking.

Click “I agree” to proceed on with your booking, once you are done with reading the rules and regulations.

Step 1 – Select your preferred date, Park Name and Park Area to search.
Step 2 – Select barbeque pit area (All, B, C, D, E, F, and G) / location no. There are two differing pricing, $16 and $20.
Step 3 – Enter your particulars and desired payment mode (NRIC/FIN, Contact No. and Email Address)
Step 4 – Check your details and click “Confirm” to proceed.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking.

Reminder: Make your payment at any AXS Station or AXS QUICKBILL at Cheers convenience store within 24 hours of your phone booking.

Note:

•  Here are some additional things to take note.
•  Each booking is from 12pm to 8am of the following day.
• Your booking is only for the BBQ pit, not shelter. The shelters are a public area.
• Once your booking is confirmed, there will be no refund, changing of date and/or pit.
