Tips and Caution

Ö        Thoroughly cleans out the grill to remove ash and grease before every grilling session for better BBQ experience.
Ö        Cleaning the grill before each use can reduce the bad smoke, preventing an undesirable taste on foods.
Ö        Adding some pieces of new charcoal to still weak burning charcoal will save you the trouble of starting a fire on new charcoal again. Especially, if you wanted your grilling session to last longer.
Ö      If you choose to opt for lighter fluid to start a fire on the charcoal, be aware that its chemical component can easily impart an undesirable strong flavour to your grilled food. This method is strongly not recommended. Also, it is dangerous to pour lighter fluid on the smouldering charcoal. The lighter fluid’s stream could be easily ignited, travel up the stream of fluid to the container, and explode.
Ö    Make sure you have read your grills manual instructions and that you understand them. We hold no responsibilities for accidents arising from using the recommended methods.
